Bronia, our chef, has been “ruling” the kitchen of the Prague Restaurant since May of last year. She gave a new look and taste to some of our traditional dishes and she also created several innovative new ones. Bronia is always striving to improve the menu and dishes to keep clients wanting to come back to see what is new and improved. The kitchen now receives frequent complimentary notes from satisfied patrons. Come and taste for yourself.
